The Yogist method was specifically designed for the corporate world. It takes away all of the esoteric and spiritual elements of yoga and selects the most effective movements and postures for sedentary office work. It is taught by carefully selected teachers, trained in our method and familiar with the corporate environment, its ways of working and communicating. It is perfectly suited to every employee.
This method was created in collaboration with osteopaths and physio-ergonomists to address existing challenges and needs relative to health and well being at work.
Each session is composed of a sequence of postures to strengthen and stretch all the parts of the body suffering from stress and long seated positions in front of a screen. It also includes key breathing techniques to relax or improve concentration. For all these exercises we suggest variations to adapt to all ages and fitness levels.

Senior executives have integrated this practice as a way to improve their leadership and productivity. Its benefits on the overall health and mind are scientifically proven. It’s an effective tool to prevent burn-outs, depression, improve concentration, sleep, memory , creativity and performance but it also has impact on reducing some signs of ageing of the brain brain, managing or reducing pain, and dealing with addictions.
The practice of meditation is at the heart of Yoga. Physical exercises are aimed to strengthen and relax the body so that it can stay still in an upward seated position for as long as possible. It is a training to control your mind and body and avoid disruptive and unwanted thoughts so that you can better focus on what you want.
